I have been seeing a few shots here and there of sunrises and sunsets with very interesting, reddish suns going down and heard it was from the smoke from Canadian Wildfires, which is really affecting air quality in many places in the Northeast and now the South of America.
Last night, I went to Bug Light in South Portland, because it offers a grand view of the Portland Skyline as the sun or moon sets. I waited until the sun was right behind the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception across the bay and got a nice shot of the sun shining through the layers of smoke.
